How to Interview a Leader for the First Time?

There are ways to look at what's happening to day in your organization, whether it's on a project team or an employee resource group. And as your team grows, you want to let those signs impact some of the decisions that you're making when it comes to looking for the potential next generation of leaders and managers. I'm always, in every interview, but particularly leader interviews, looking at communication style and tone and just efficiency of communication.
