The Importance of Repeating an EKG in 10 Minutes
You should definitely repeat an EKG in 10 minutes. A lot of the times these are the early precursors, and you can really tell based on how their symptoms have progressed or when they started. De-winter T-waves is a pretty uncommon EKG finding. Even though it is not the typical steamy pattern, I should be activating the cath lab immediately or this can be a delayed catheterization.
