Reprofusion of the Right Ventricular Heart
The reprofusion of vent is a set up for right ventricular disfunction and failure, which oftentimes can lead to left ventriculardisfunction and failure. And so you have the potential arythmis precipitation of arytmias related to hypotermia and acid load and potassium that has ensued during the hepitectome. So when we prepare for the event, again, depending on the severity of the patient, the deficiencies entering the state of reprofusion, it will be important to have your emergency medications, including cardioactives and baso actives in place.
