I remember very beautiful pitches made to me and I mean very noted PR agency the head of the PR agency. He gave me names of other journalists who also resources in other newspapers. It wasn't you know that we would never require you to try anything that you are uncomfortable but we'd really be comfortable knowing that there's a resource inside where you are. That came about like six or eight years into my in I must have been about 35 or 36, so it's coming in and what is your answer going to be to that? And more than that I think the most practical thing to do is to say my values then is what I will have to bring here now.
