Is There a Discrimination Toward Pregnant Women?

i don't want to generalize that all men do, you know, discriminate towards pregnant women. There are many situations where we are not accommodating to our peers and our colleagues. A pregnancy is one of the moments where we see a massive amount of discrimination in a very short period of time. I mean, trillions of dollars would be added to the g d p if we enabled this kind of work.
