Sodium is just so much larger and so much like more like literally more difficult to ingest in the small amount of volume that you're trying to replace on the sodium side. So you're losing, yes, you're lose water. The final sweat sodium concentration on the skin surface for a whole body is typically between about 20 and maybe 70 75 millimoles per liter.
