There is a definite power dynamics, because those in power are able to have the full range of emotions. A lot of these emotions and the ability to express them is very dependent on the power tionship between the two people. Its a customer, you are able to oftenenoure, now, extremely unreasonable. But there's a difference between a genuine emotional expression and what we have a lot in the united world wide.
