i've just finished five years working with nike globally, while initially in europe with the scenat sawi senior leadership development. And we would always insist we would have groups of six, back to what we do with young people. We'd get six people from different parts of the business, and people would say how much they'd learned by being in a group that met. At the end, back to the outcome measure, the group has to report to top management. This is what we've learned, which has fiting me as an individual and benefiting you as my boss.
