I wonder if that means you could also use other people's titles to try and encourage them to take up more space in a room or something like that. 100% in both directions. I have gone into new situations and had other people who are respected there or who have a well-known title introduce me to people just because they say this person knows what they're doing. Then other people will listen to them. So those of us who have the ability to clear space need to use that ability to push other people into that space, whether it be using their title to help make space for them,. Or just using the fact that people are already listening to you as an example.
