The Importance of Faith in Life
I grew up in a small fishing village in Maine. My father was a painter and artist. I had a great childhood playing outside and doing all the stuff that you hear about, you know, taking off on your bike at eight o'clock in the morning and not coming home till six o'clock at night,. things that parents would be horrified at today. That built a certain type of a certain amount of resilience in me. This too shall pass has become kind of a mantra for me. It always does pass. And then you get on to the next thing.
