The Relationship Between Dance and Mental Health
I think humans are born to dance. It's a natural innate activity, just like eating and mating. But it also serves social functions that become judged. And they lead to conditions where people say all those things are not for me. I've spoken with groups of the rugby players who said 'we never dance' So there's something about the social definition of what a dancer is. When they hear some music, they groove away themselves in their bedroom or in their sitting room. They feel like groove when they're driving down the car, listening to music. And that's dancing and that's grooving. so yeah, I love watching you move yourself on stage.
