The Difference Between Light L and Dark L

A light L is when the tip of the tongue touches the upper palate and it appears before a vowel. A dark L is usually the elbow appears at the end of words or before another consonant. When we have a word like feel right like when there is a high E we have an extra sound there. So if someone says feel that would not be associated as an L and they may think that they're saying an R or something like that. And then I would also say to and tell me if that resonates with you.
