When I was a corporate executive in the healthcare sector, working with, with a largely male leadership team and entire company basically. It was difficult right you could see that a lot of women didn't have the same opportunities that they were missing out. The federal government did almost nothing to support mothers during the pandemic. And so the fact that you stopped even though it wasn't affecting you personally and chose to make it your mission is incredible.
