How to Be a Better Designer

As I've grown in my career, my like, Spidey sense around that has become better at knowing or have been able to make more confident judgments. Like often our product partners, especially are looking to us as designers to help make those calls and make those recommendations. And it's often a really hard part because we don't have easy access to the data... It's all part of the learning process.
