I think it was the entrepreneurial side of me as well as this position in that it was a blank paper. Hey, this is unwritten. You're going to chart the course. And actually at Deutsche it was the same thing. When I first joined them, they had just bought Scutter investments and was starting the retail business in the US. That was intriguing to me. It incorporated a ton of my skills and experiences and put it into one role. We did investing and did operations. So this brought it all together for me.
