Do You Think the ADA Will Survive the Backlash?
There's a certain understanding that there's an economy of scale, right? And so larger private sector institutions are going to have an easier time adapting. That might also be like more sympathetic defendants in cases where it's a mom and pop store owner rather than the world's biggest hospital chain. There were just definitely been a tremendous amount of backlash. One is you have businesses really objecting to the idea that they have to make accommodations.
