Sometimes you got to go down that road, or otherwise you're kind of throwing out a lot of good potential deals in the process. We've saved a lot of money by not going ahead on certain deals where we discovered something like that during that process. So I think as money well spent, it's necessary. It's just part of the process. Right? And then the other thing too, is let's say you get a property that you don't have needed access, but they've been driving on this road or whatever. If you have the time and you and the resources, you could say, okay, I have to pause this right now, or I'm going to buy it
