Is There a New Trend in Real Estate?
Some of the large acquirers are primarily funded by debt, right? In debt costs are obviously going up. If if mortgage rates go down, oftentimes the real estate prices go up and vice versa. That could have an impact on the valuations being paid. I also think there's going to be a lot more creativity in this environment with deals were we've been working on a number of transactions where it's almost like a prinup or postnup that's being put in place.
