In my head too, all judges were kind of old men who wrote laws,. very boring, very dry and I was an aspiring civil rights lawyer. So that didn't make much sense to me. She's a senior staff attorney at the ACLU of Northern California; she clerked Consuelo B. Marshall in the central district of California and Claire Williams in the seventh circuit court of appeals. "I love my job currently but I still reflect on clerking," Grace says.
