" priortization is something that is really helpful for people who have a hard time priortizing next actions," she says. "So let me look at my thoughts around money, ok? Am i seeing money as an energetic exchange, or am I tying my having money or lack of money to my worth as a mammal?" She then asks herself: 'Where does that land in my body?'
