Service Designers Are Really Good at Zooming Out to See the Big Picture

In organizations that have like, a lot of structure silos, like the norm behavior is, don't talk about other people's business. I think it's because when you do that sort of thing, you're demonstrating that you have your eye on the bigger picture rit or that you are genuinely trying to connect these thoughts for some bigger benefit. And i think as service designers, it's actually kind of one of our super powers, right? It's like, not every service designer, but a lot of service designers are quite good at connecting seemingly unrelated things and zooming out to see the big picture. Makes absolutely sense. Yes.
