IRAs, You Could Opt Out of Withholding?

You could opt out of withholding. You wanna settle payment of those taxes that may be due with funds outside of the retirement account, but you can skip the withholding by opting out. A lot of clients that have real estate in a traditional IRA are kind of converting it to Roth along the way. So when they turn 59 and a half, they can just deed themselves the property at any time, tax-free.
