Since his retirement in late 2015, Jim has written and spoken extensively on China. He's also written numerous articles for proceedings about the Chinese PLA Navy. His presentation on the PLA Navy was so well done that I thought we have to get him on the podcast to give this presentation. We'll take some audience questions at the end.
