How to Anchor Learning

I consider myself to be a learning and development nerd. So when we were designing the book, Ryan and I spent a lot of time thinking through how do we not just spark ideas for people to ponder but really get them to anchor the learning through some of these activities. And that stickiness of learning is what's really important to me.
