Auckland - What's the Trend in Auckland Housing?

As the number of people per dwelling falls the type of dwelling that they're interested in buying or renting also changes. And there's been a steady increase in the share of overall building and sense that are going towards the multi-dwelling units so that includes townhouses, apartments, retirement villages etc. That's now I think around about 60% of all building concerns obviously a lot in Auckland but also in other large centers.
