traffic is clearly the largest source of nitrogen dioxide pollution. It contributes about 50 to 60% of the total NO2 emission in the United States. Unsurprisingly, it also contributes to the largest fraction of NO2 exporter disparity. How can this data on disparities help shape policy that could reduce those disparities?
