Is There a Hard Cut Off for Bright or Dim Signal?
There's not, i wouldn't say we really use numerical cut offs on a dayto-day basis. But clinically, what we usually do are a couple of things. As you see more and more of the cell populations, you get a sense for what normal is. And so you can just tell, looking at a plot, that something's brighter than it usually than a normal cell should be.
