The Prosecutor's Comment in the Diner Could Have Affected the Jurors
Randy bowman wrote a letter to a prosecutor offering information in exchange for reduced sentence. He was lying on the stand saying that he overheard, you know, that he was offered the murder case. This happens all over the country all the time. And that way that person go, i have no deal with anything, and as soon as the trial's over, they have a deal. I'm not taking life in prison because i'm sure i'll get off otherwise. Let's find out why. Why not let's hear em? You're ask you're asking for a big thing. It's kind of a fucked up tactic, honestly.
