Are Recounts a Good Idea?
Most states, i think in the u s, if the gap is less than one per cent, triggers an automatic recount. So recounts a pretty standardf if it's close. It's very unlikely that they were miscounted by twenty thousand votes,. Ye, ye. Are any votes counted by hand? Or are they just counte, they just process by machines? I've got no ideaye, i don't know. That's usen, ye, i would imagine. But maybe there's a combination of both right? Ye, ye. Not sure....
