Dylan's Response to the Cold War

In the 80s, it was a huge boom time of post-punk music. And much of that was about the anxiety and the terror, existentially, of potential annihilation by nuclear war. Dylan's response to that climate is to address this existential terror with some kind of immediate reaction.
