I love that you dedicated two years of research in order to really nail what it is that the travelers want. But we actually incorporated tele consultation, so medical services that could be accessible in the hotel room as part of the loyalty program. It's obviously power a combination of both because at the end of the day, it starts off with a vision and the vision being that we want to stand for much more than just hotels. We wanted to establish a dialogue with our guests, pre-stay and post-day. And I think there's an incredible amount of resonance in what you're talking about.
