The Evolution of the Tartassian Core Area
More and more people poured into the core Tartassian area near the coast. Phoenician colonization became more intense, particularly around Gaddir or Gaddis. Most of the largest Tartassian settlements were located on navigable rivers. A new hybrid culture comprised of both Phoenician and indigenous traits came to being.
