The tool is a great way to get feedback. It doesn't have to be in every app, but I think for larger organizations or for larger apps, this is agreat way to get collaboration between you and the organization. But at the same time, you don't have to go backwards and say, we didn't provide you what you need. And yeah, no, I that's actually literally what we do with the analytical side of it.
