Is It the Environment Around Us That Is More Important?

The average athlete that you get on day one is markedly different now than it was eight, ten years ago. Is there a scenario where there's fewer fundamentals in high school ball as opposed to true developmental opportunities like basics and putting guys back together more often than you would have thought? The skill development might be more the strength, the ability to hit a ball hard and further the ability to throw a ball further and harder,. all of those things are greater than we've ever seen but how to implement them into a team environment and play a game is less. And I think that's, that's what we probably must improve the most.
