Do You Have a Zero No Plan?

I think the better you are at something, the more it appears that you don't have a plan. You need to begin each project with some kind of constraint because otherwise, the dough that's rising will just spill out over everything. I always begin with some type of pretty strict parameters, whether it's two minutes long or this can exceed 15 minutes. And so in that sense, that client work is more like illustration. And you're going into it knowing the end result. Hopefully, client work can be really rewarding as long as the end result supersedes the original intention. If it only stays within fulfilling the brief or fulfilling the stated goals, then it's a piece of crap.
