When i sat a goal, i obsess on that gol ier. I do everything i possibly can to control the controllables to hit that goal. If people just took care o nutrition and hydration, that instantly will solve so many people's problems in achieving either running or fitness. It is willing to sacrifice certain things in the now to achieve something that you have forever,. That's the way i look at it.
