Teacher Assessment
As a teacher, you need to know which of these pupils are fine. I just get it on with things. Do we think our, you know, we teach them, we give them the opportunities to learn? And as far as we can see, they're learning the things which we want them to learn. So if your teacher assessment works that way, so you as a teacher know, okay, of these children, these ones, I think, are okay at the moment, and these ones may be less so. That's your real filter that you need,. You need an accurate sense of which people are not doing okay, which is not fine. And who’s fine.
