The Future of Public Toilets
I was imagining a strength of law in which good public toilets that are well maintained are just part of the city infrastructure, maybe coupled with public transit or something to that effect. City planners have forgotten, like the people have basic bodily functions, even when they're outside. One option is to actually pay private establishments to open their toilets up to the public. That has worked in some places, although with the pandemic, with all these establishments closed, you can see the limitations of that. There's also the possibility of combining toilets, as you said, maybe with public transit, but maybe with a private business, but that the toilet leads.
