Propophal Related Infusion

In many ways, propophal is the optimal sedative agent for patients in the i co if they require sedation on the ventilator. Ii've also seen it used as like an antiepileptic or ar used in severe alcohol withdrawal because it's sort of gaburgic inhibiting. The initial insult seems to be muscel necrosis. And this typically involves skelita muscle, but also cardiac muscle as well. These different types of muscular neucrosis lead to the rabdomi alysis, the cardiac disfunction of any of the hearts involved, and then multi system organ failure.
