Don't Be Greedy When Selling a Business
When we're selling a company, it always comes down to how much... How did you value it? Because everyone who owns a company, you value it a lot more than you probably normally get for it. I had a rough idea because I knew in tech, it wasn't unreasonable to get between an eight and a ten X. But then you're having that conversation with Mrs. with a glass of beer or whatever at the end of the day and going, yeah, but fucking I'll have to offer that a million would take that. That'd be different. You've got to be happy with what you get in - don't be greedy.
