Is the Church Taking a Different Tack on Creationism?

Young earth creationists should be up front about the fact that the magisterium is taking a different tack than they are, says Pope Francis. The church has never intended in taking a general stance towards an issue to rule out other things, he adds. But i think if you go back and do a closer look at the sources, you would come to a different conclusion, but i want you to know this is what the Magisterium is doing.
