I think it's been an incredibly liberating thing for a lot of women to realize how consistently badly they have been treated in the workplace. I do think we're at a moment now where men are claiming that they're scared. They don't want to be seen with a woman on their own. It says the incredible importance of having more diversity in leadership. We know we are still woefully behind that. Of the Fortune 500 companies 55 of them are in New York City and only one of them is led by a woman. That's astonishing New York which is a fabulous place to be a working woman Right.
