How to Build Aerobic Base With Continuous Exercise
You have to be able to do continuous and your goal is to eventually do way more than 30 minutes of continuous exercise. So if you did something like 10 wall ball on the minute for 30 minutes, now granted, that's a lot of wall ball, right? I mean, you're looking at 300 wall ball, but there have been playing across the workouts. That would be a great way to build mechanics, efficiency to build some specific adaptations to wall ball.
