How to Keep Your ADHD Routines Sticking

The number one consistency routine is getting out in the morning and going for a brisk walk. And so my husband and I will do our morning walk and every day we do it together. It also serves not only a purpose of just getting out and getting my heart rate elevated, but it also, it's a time for us to check in. We talk about who's driving, who where and who's in charge of dinner and spoiler alert, it's always him. It's never me. It's always does dinner.
