Is There a Twin Method to Meditation?

The Janas that I was referring to in the tradition that I'm practicing and are called the aware Janas. It is this more open awareness that stays with an object, but kind of you kind of rotate around it. So it's more of a flexible awareness all the way through. In that sense, it does seem to be more deconstructive than what some people refer to as the hard Janas.
