The federal aviation administration has given Texas permission to launch rockets from the state. The agency is also looking into some phenomena, shall we say, that a nassa usually doesn't deal with. John Sutter: We should have higher expectations for our space programe. And i think it's good to engage at an appropriate level. If there's something there, it'll be obvious. if there's not there, i think that'll be pretty straightforward too.
