i think there's a fine line between getting genuine endorsements and recommendations and then looking a bit engineered. What do you think of coting boot camps, which i think is very wrong? You genrally want to have someoneouknow who'se work with you in some type of capacityan natural cob one idear i've learned is worth sharing: If you do a bit of free lancing work for some one that could be a short term opportunity, maybe on upwork or something like that, you could even ask them to give you a recommendation on linked in. I wish people didn't feel like they were just starting from zero, because sometimes your past experience is even more impact
