How to Grow a Successful Self Storage Business
Growth from six to 25 was pretty stressful ecause we had to figure out who those people were. Big players in self storage only own about 30 % i the market, but they have a full time manager in every store. I think that they're not even close to getting away from having a manager in the store. The perfect facility for us to buy is in a town where everybody percent full or near it.
