Coaching

Coaching does not has to come from a higher level or higher position in an orgaanization. Critical for coaching is that you are using powerful questions, and that you are able to create a safe space where your coache is able to open up. And then leading with critical ons to really get to the gap where you want to work on. I think we can separate personal and professional topics in coaching because they are so interlinced. It's personal development, and we can slice down our personality in four or five different areas. They are all interlinked.
