How Do You Build Systems for Your Company?

I handle an agency now podcasting agency called podcast cola where we book people on great shows. We also do VA so we have virtual assistants and in all over the world South and Central America particularly that are highly trained to be able to help take a load off your workload right? I've learned is that when you have a VA that VA has a certain amount of value we call them an a-level VA but if that VA can build systems and train another VA they become level two or self-replicating drone okay.
